BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br />The current DM400C Digital Mailing System is now obsolete and Pitney Bowes has informed us that they will <br />no longer provide service maintenance or parts, and we will not be able to add funds to the current machine. <br />Also, any LISPS rates will no longer be updated or downloaded to the current machine. IMIi <br />The Department has obtained a Lease Agreement Quote from Pitney Bowes of $162.45 for 60 months.
