BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED)• <br />Seeking authorization to enter into a five (5) year Lease agreement with Xerox Corporation for a Xerox <br />C81451-12' unit for the Chief of Police's office. This unit is necessary for printing, copying, scanning and faxing <br />an increased volume of confidential documentations and transmittals. This unit will replace the current fax <br />machine and color printer being used within the office.
