North Dakota has a ballot initiative to remove <br /> the real property taxes. <br /> f. Legislative Report <br /> Jon Okudara: Sent a recap on the tobacco bill and looked into the ambiguities. Looking into the <br /> traffic regulation law, problems would be critical habitats and overly sensitive areas. Invasive <br /> species rules. Need to look at how to include this in the law or if it is covered in the invasive <br /> species act. Looking at the family leave proposal, under federal law it is already granted to <br /> employers with 100 or more employees, the problem is that it is underfunded. <br /> NACo, WIR, Executive Director, Legislative report all received. <br /> 5.
