BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br /> The State of Hawai'i, Department of the Attorney General has provided the Office of the Prosecuting <br /> Attorney with a base funding amount of$324,512 and an additional supplemental award of$221,656 for a <br /> total of$546,168 for FY25 Career Criminal Prosecution. These funds are used to support 9 positions in the <br /> Department. The current appropriations in FY25 budget for this grant is $491,134.
