BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br />The Mass Transit Agency will receiving FTA Section 5339 Bus and Bus Facilities funds to be used to <br />purchase ten (10) American with Disabilities Act (ADA) Vans for the growing number of ridership in our <br />Paratransit program.
