NSV os H. ,.. <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAI`I I•• :' / • STATE OF HAWAI`I <br /> BILL NO. 186 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 24 67 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24, ARTICLE 10, DIVISION 5, SECTION 24- <br /> 280, SCHEDULE 28 OF THE HAWAI`I COUNTY CODE 1983 (2016 EDITION, AS <br /> AMENDED), RELATING TO NO PARKING AT ANYTIME. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI`I: <br /> SECTION 1. The purpose of this ordinance is to prohibit parking alongside certain <br /> sections of Kalapana-Kapoho Beach Road. <br /> SECTION 2. Chapter 24, article 10, division 5, section 24-280, schedule 28, entitled <br /> "No parking at anytime," subsection (g), Puna, of the Hawai`i County Code 1983 (2016 Edition, <br /> as amended), is amended by adding new listings to be appropriately inserted and to read as <br /> follows: <br /> "• Kalapana-Kapoho Beach Road, southeast (makai) side, from a point three hundred <br /> twenty feet southwest of Pohoiki Road and extending one hundred sixty-five feet in <br /> the southwesterly direction. <br /> • Kalapana-Kapoho Beach Road, southeast (makai) side, from a point six hundred <br /> ninety-three feet southwest of Pohoiki Road and extending two hundred forty-one <br /> feet in the southwesterly direction." <br /> SECTION 3. New material is underscored. In printing this ordinance, the underscoring <br /> need not be included. <br /> SECTION 4. Severability. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof <br /> to any person or circumstance, is held invalid, the invalidity does not affect other provisions or <br /> applications of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or <br /> application, and to this end the provisions of this ordinance are severable. <br />
