1 <br /> �J`V OF\*jt <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAI`I i*E'N'.:' _'1�•` STATE OF HAWAI`I <br /> -- _,. <br /> 4t1 OF,NF'i, <br /> BILL NO. 193 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 24 77 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24,ARTICLE 10, DIVISION 5, SECTION 24- <br /> 280, SCHEDULE 28 OF THE HAWAI`I COUNTY CODE 1983 (2016 EDITION, AS <br /> AMENDED), RELATING TO NO PARKING AT ANYTIME. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI`I: <br /> SECTION 1. The purpose of this ordinance is to prohibit parking alongside a certain <br /> section of Ka`iminani Drive. <br /> SECTION 2. Chapter 24, article 10, division 5, section 24-280, schedule 28, entitled <br /> "No parking at anytime," subsection (f) Kona, of the Hawai`i County Code 1983 (2016 Edition, <br /> as amended), is amended by adding new listings to be appropriately inserted and to read as <br /> follows: <br /> • Ka`iminani Drive, south side, from a point fifty-one feet southeast of Waikane Place and <br /> extending to a point three hundred ninety-nine feet northwest of Waikane Place. <br /> • Ka`iminani Drive, north side, from a point seventy-five feet southeast of Anapau Place <br /> and extending to a point sixty-nine feet northwest of Waikane Place. <br /> SECTION 3. New material is underscored. In printing this ordinance,the underscoring <br /> need not be included. <br /> SECTION 4. Severability. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof <br /> to any person or circumstance, is held invalid,the invalidity does not affect other provisions or <br /> applications of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or <br /> application, and to this end the provisions of this ordinance are severable. <br />
