The subject parcel is located on the south <br />side of Hualdlai Road, approximately 0.6 miles east of its intersection with Queen Ka'ahumanu <br />Highway, Kahului 2nd, North Kona, Hawaii. <br />The Commission voted to forward a favorable recommendation to the County Council based on <br />the Planning Director's recommendation. <br />The Planning Department's background report, recommendation report, and PowerPoint <br />presentation are available for review at the following Laserfiche WebLink address: <br />https://records.hawaiicounty.gov/weblink/Browse.aspx?dbid=I&startid=138240.
