COUNTY OF HAWAVI <br />STATE OF HAWAVI <br />RESOLUTION NO. 71.3 24 <br />RESOLUTION CHANGING TIME ELEMENT OF A RECREATION <br />TECHNICIAN 11 (1/2T) POSITION TO FULL-TIME <br />WHEREAS, Position No. 00-02834, a Recreation Technician 11 (1/2T) <br />position within the Department of Parks and Recreation, is located in the <br />South Hilo district; and <br />WHEREAS, this position is currently not filled and would be better <br />utilized to expand services to the public in a different departmental facility; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation wishes to increase <br />the position's time element from 1/2 time to full-time with the intent to later <br />reallocate it to a position that would increase public safety and reduce the <br />County's liability; now therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />that Position No. 00-02834, a Recreation Technician 11 (1/2T), be changed to <br />full-time. <br />
