This appointment was <br /> effective at 12:00 noon on Monday, December 2, 2024. <br /> Mr. Segawa established Wesley R. Segawa & Associates, Inc., in 1981 and Project <br /> Management, Inc., in 1986. He has many years of experience dealing with governmental <br /> engineering and construction management.
