REQUEST: <br />The Office of the Corporation Counsel ("OCC') requests the placement of the attached draft resolution on <br />the Governmental Operations and External Affairs Committee agenda for its meeting on January 7, 2025. <br />The attached draft resolution will impart authority to the OCC to continue the currently existing contract for <br />special counsel with Schlack Ito, a Limited Liability Law Company ("Schlack Ito") authorized in Resolution <br />372-23, and increase the contractual funds by an additional $300,000. <br />B.
