The Developer has also <br /> requested an exemption from Sections 5-7-1 and 5-7-3 of the Hawaii County Code to <br /> waive fees for the Affordable Project. These fee exemptions will reduce the overall cost <br /> to develop affordable units. <br /> The list of exemptions requested are provided within the 201 H application as Exhibit 24. <br /> The full application is enclosed and may be downloaded to enable bookmarks for'ease <br /> of navigation. <br /> The Hualalai Court 201 H application has been circulated twice for County and State <br /> Department reviews; various comments were received.
