The <br /> Building Division objects to Item 2 of Exhibit 24—Proposed Exemptions that reads: <br /> Exemption From Chapter 5, HCC, Building Code <br /> Requesting an exemption from Section 5-7-1 Permit Plan Review;general (a) & 5-7-3, <br /> HCC, Permit Fees. This exemption will reduce the costs of the affordable units. <br /> Regarding Permit Plan Review Fees, as defined in Section 5-7-1, and Permit Fees, as outlined in <br /> Section 5-7-3, the department is not inclined to waive all permit fees.
