The access road(s) within the project site shall be constructed to dedicable <br />standards with concrete curb, gutters, and sidewalks within a minimum 60-foot <br />right-of-way. <br />[H-. ]1. Install street lights and traffic control devices as required by the Traffic Division, <br />Department of Public Works. <br />[l=]J. All development -generated runoff shall be disposed of on -site and shall not be <br />directed toward any adjacent properties.
