employee's immediate family member has a controlling interest, provided the <br />provisions in section 2-83, subsection (c) have been met, and further provided: <br />(1) The contract is awarded by competitive sealed bidding pursuant to the state <br />public procurement code; or <br />(2) The contract is awarded by competitive sealed proposal pursuant to the state <br />public procurement code. <br />Upon award of any such contract, the director of finance shall post notice of <br />the award, which notice shall include the information provided pursuant to section <br />2-83, subsection (c)." <br />SECTION 8. Material to be repealed is bracketed and stricken. New material is <br />underscored. In printing this ordinance, the brackets, bracketed and stricken material, and <br />underscoring need not be included. <br />SECTION 9. Severability. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof <br />to any person or circumstance, is held invalid, the invalidity does not affect other provisions or <br />applications of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or <br />application, and to this end the provisions of this ordinance are severable. <br />SECTION 10.
