This plaque rests on the wall of the Kona Office in the reception area between the Hawaiian and <br />American flags. <br />B. BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br />Mr, Vasquez donated 2 identical bronze plaques of the Royal Coat of Arms. One was for the Hilo office <br />which went before Council, however, the plaque in Kona never went before Council.
