This MOU shall be effective upon the signature of both parties and shall remain in effect until <br />terminated by either party. <br />I S. TERMINATION. <br />This MOU, as modified with the consent of both parties will terminate upon agreement of the <br />parties. Each party may, upon 30 days' written notice to the other party, terminate this agreement- <br />16.
