REQUEST: <br />Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a multi -year lease agreement for a period of five (5) years for a <br />Multi -Function Copier Lease for the Department of Information Technology. <br />B. BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br />The Multi -Function Copier is essential to complete daily job duties and projects in a timely manner. The <br />current equipment was purchased in 2012 and is at the end of life and uneconomical to repair. <br />The Multi -Function Copier will be leased for a period of five (5) years. The lease is estimated at <br />approximately $13,500. The estimated monthly cost of the lease is approximately $225. <br />Funding for the lease is included in the FY 2024-2025 Budget, OCE base and in the proposed FY 2025-2026 <br />Budget as well. <br />SIGNED: DATE: <br />Department Head <br />
