JS-4 <br />COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br />BILL NO. 34 <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 19, ARTICLES 1 AND 7, OF THE HAWAI`I <br />COUNTY CODE 1983 (2016 EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING TO THE <br />AFFORDABLE RENTAL HOUSING REAL PROPERTY TAX CLASSIFICATION. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI'I: <br />SECTION 1. Chapter 19, article 1, section 19-2, of the Hawaii County Code 1983 <br />(2016 Edition, as amended), is amended by repealing the definitions of "affordable rental <br />housing" and "affordable rental rate" as follows: <br />SECTION 2.
