[8--] T. The applicant shall comply with all applicable County, State and Federal laws, <br />rules, regulations and requirements. <br />[T—.] U. An annual progress report shall be submitted to the Planning Director prior to the <br />anniversary date of enactment of the ordinance. The report shall include, but not <br />be limited to, the status of the development and the extent to which the conditions <br />of approval have been satisfied. This condition shall remain in effect until all of <br />the conditions of approval have been satisfied and the Planning Director <br />acknowledges that further reports are not required. <br />[U-. ] V. If the applicant should require an additional extension of time, the Planning <br />Director shall submit the applicant's request to the Hawaii County Council for <br />appropriate action in accordance with Section 25-2-44, subsection (d), of the <br />Hawaii Coup .
