The State Land Use Boundaries Maps for the County of Hawaii are amended <br />to change the district classification of property described hereinafter as follows: <br />The district classification of the following area situated at `Ouli, South Kohala, <br />Hawaii, shall be Urban: <br />PROJECT LOT 1 <br />Beginning at the Northwest corner of this parcel of land, the direct azimuth and <br />distance to the Northeast corner of Lot 6 being 116' 09' 05" 1,312.11 feet, the coordinates of <br />said point of beginning referred to Government Survey Triangulation Station "PUU PA" <br />being 11,317.19 feet North and 20,949.57 feet West thence running by azimuths measured <br />clockwise from true South: <br />294" 06' 232.45 feet along the remainder of Lot D, <br />along the remainder of R.P. 2237, L.C. <br />Aw. 8518-13, Ap. 1 to James Young <br />Kanehoa; <br />Thence along the same on a curve to <br />the right with a radius of 767.00 feet, <br />the chord azimuth and distance being: <br />2. 2150 49' 42" 223.52 feet; <br />
