BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br />The Department of Health's, Alcohol and Drug Abuse Division has been the pass through agency for Federal <br />Grant Funds for this grant. This current fiscal year 2025, the Department of Health is providing State funds <br />in addition to the Federal grant funds.
