BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br />Resolution 39-25 appropriated $5,212.00 to the Department of Parks and Recreation to provide a grant to <br />Action 4 Animals Hawai'i to help support its rehoming and adoption programs for at -risk animals on Hawaii <br />Island. Department of Parks and Recreation is requesting to transfer the funds to Animal Control.
