The positions and rates of compensation adopted in the 2025 budget of the <br />County of Hawaii are hereby ratified and confirmed as of July 1, 2025; and that any creation of <br />positions or changes of pay subsequent to the adoption of said budget, shall take effect as <br />authorized on the date of such creation or change of pay or a date otherwise prescribed, subject to <br />the certification of availability of funds by the director of finance. <br />SECTION 9. Ordinance No. 24-28 and any resolutions amendatory thereto are hereby <br />repealed. <br />
