* USFWS and Ka'ahahui '0 Ka N5helehele are potential Interested partners in lowland dry forest <br />management, however details are not yet clear, nor have either party directly committed to managing <br />the area. <br />~ Current Right of Entry (ROE) agreements are held by entities permitted to collect seeds from T&E <br />species and mitigate goat impacts by fencing individual plants, however those ROEs are discretionary. <br />Strengths and Weaknesses <br />STRENGTHS <br />p Preservation oflowland dry forest critical <br />habitat type that harbors T&Especies. This <br />refu8iaofanative plant species community could <br />serve aoaliving seed bank tonot only enhance <br />the conservation recovery efforts atthis site, but <br />also |notters suffering from the same loss. <br />* Preservation nfthe remaining relic <br />ancient and historic cultural features on this <br />parcel that are afragments ofthe once vast <br />network cfarcheological features that nmlonger <br />exist.
