The subject property is located 345 Makalika <br />Street, approximately 1,100 feet west of its intersection with Railroad Avenue, Pana`ewa Farm <br />Lots, Por. Waiakea, South Hilo, Hawaii. <br />The Commission voted to forward a favorable recommendation to the County Council based on <br />the Planning Director's recommendation but with the deletion of two conditions requested by the <br />applicant. This includes deletion of former Condition B: Requirement to comply with conditions <br />of an existing Special Permit, and former Condition L• Requirement to conduct a Traffic Impact <br />Analysis Report if the 50-peak hour trip threshold was triggered pursuant to the Concurrency <br />section of the Zoning Code. The remainder of the conditions were re -lettered.
