os k,k'•. <br />COUNTY OF HAWAI`I _• STATE OF HAWAI`I <br />Mo..f. <br />'1TE 0%N►'� <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br />AND FROM A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br />DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT TO ASSIST THE POLICE DEPARTMENT WITH <br />REPLACING ITS KEIKI ID EQUIPMENT. <br />WHEREAS, the Police Department's Community Policing Officers partner with the <br />community to create a safe and secure environment, especially for the keiki; and <br />WHEREAS, the Police Department provides free keiki IDs throughout the year at <br />community events around the island; and <br />WHEREAS, a photograph of a child is taken and laminated onto a department -issued <br />identification card with emergency information about the child, which is then given to the child's <br />parent(s); and <br />WHEREAS, the Police Department is requesting funds to replace its keiki ID printer <br />machines, printer ink, and a toolbox to be able to transport keiki ID items to community events; <br />now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI`I that <br />Contingency Relief funds from Council District 3 will be appropriated to the Police Department <br />to replace its keiki ID equipment. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the County of Ilawai`i hereby <br />transfers/appropriates the following amount as set forth below: <br />FUND: General <br />AMOUNT OF <br />APPROPRIATION: $3,150 <br />OUT AND FROM: <br />010.101.5101.91 Clerk -Council SVC — Contingency Relief <br />CREDITED TO: <br />010.201.5203.20 Police Department <br />Police Admin Div -Equip <br />480 Misc.
