JN(v of N� <br />COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAI`I <br />BILL NO. 28 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 25 35 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 6, ARTICLE 2, SECTION 6-12, OF THE <br />HAWAI`I COUNTY CODE 1983 (2016 EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING TO <br />PROHIBITED HIGHWAYS FOR COMMERCIAL BICYCLE TOURS. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI`I: <br />SECTION 1. Chapter 6, article 2, section 6-12, of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (2016 <br />Edition, as amended), is amended by adding a new listing in subsection (a) to be appropriately <br />inserted and to read as follows: <br />Old Mamalahoa Highway, from its intersection with Mauna Loa Street in Honoka`a <br />to 46-4265 Old Mamalahoa Hi hgway at the department of water supply water tank." <br />SECTION 2. New material is underscored. In printing this ordinance, the underscoring <br />need not be included. <br />SECTION 3. Severability. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof <br />to any person or circumstance, is held invalid, the invalidity does not affect other provisions or <br />applications of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or <br />application, and to this end the provisions of this ordinance are severable. <br />SECTION 4.
