BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI`I that it <br /> hereby requests the Department of Water Supply to develop, implement, and maintain an online <br /> system accessible to the public that provides general information about water availability across <br /> the County, including the number of water units available, active water commitments, and <br /> relevant developer agreements. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Department of Water Supply is encouraged to <br /> include historical data,user-friendly visual tools such as maps and charts, and regular updates to <br /> ensure accuracy and ease of understanding. <br /> BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the County Clerk shall transmit a copy of this <br /> resolution to the Honorable Mayor C.
