REQUEST: <br />Pursuant to the Hawaii County Code section 2-139(a)(3)(A), Council approval is requested for a grant award <br />of $50,000.00 to Aloha Animal Alliance Hawaii, a 501 (c)(3) organization. <br />B. BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br />The Animal Control and Protection Agency would like to provide a $50,000.00 grant to Aloha Animal Alliance <br />Hawaii to support their cat spay and neuter initiatives.
