<br />Kona Gold Boxing Club (KGBC), an entity of Impacting Youth Futures (IYF), is dedicated to reaching the lost and empowering youth and families through boxing. Our
<br />Teach to Reach initiative provides a safe, structured environment where participants can develop discipline, confidence, and resilience. This program offers more than
<br />just boxing instruction βit serves as a platform for mentorship, character development, and community support. Program Goals: Engage & Support At -Risk Youth β Teach
<br />discipline, perseverance, and respect through boxing while providing mentorship and positive role models. Strengthen Families & Community β Foster family
<br />participation, improve communication, and provide access to community resources. Promote Physical & Mental Well -Being β Encourage fitness, teach stress
<br />management techniques, and support emotional health. Implementation: Boxing & Fitness Training: Participants learn boxing fundamentals, conditioning, and discipline
<br />under the guidance of experienced coaches. Mentorship & Life Skills Development: We offer mentorship, leadership training, and workshops on goal setting, financial
<br />literacy, and career readiness. Community Engagement: Families are encouraged to participate, strengthening relationships and creating a supportive network. Expected
<br />Impact: Reduce youth delinquency by providing structured activities and positive influences. Increase self-confidence, discipline, and perseverance in participants.
<br />Strengthen family bonds and foster healthier relationships. Build a more engaged and resilient community. Many youth face challenges such as unstable home
<br />environments, academic struggles, and exposure to negative influences. Teach to Reach provides them with a positive outlet and a strong support system. With this
<br />grant, KGBC can expand our reach, enhance programming, and make a lasting impact on youth and families in our community.

<br />Ikaikamauloa Youth Foundation (IYF), a registered 501(c)(3), is the nonprofit entity behind Kona Gold Boxing Club (KGBC) and the *Teach to Reach* initiative. IYF was
<br />founded to support at -risk youth and families by providing mentorship, character development, and life skills through structured programs. KGBC operates as an
<br />outreach arm of IYF, using boxing as a tool to instill discipline, confidence, and resilience while fostering a safe and supportive community. Through IYF, *Teach to
<br />Reach* receives nonprofit oversight, funding support, and access to community partnerships, ensuring that all programming remains accessible and impactful. This
<br />connection allows us to expand outreach, secure resources, and provide lasting support for youth and families in need. With this grant, IYF can further its mission by
<br />strengthening the *Teach to Reach* initiative and positively impacting more lives.

<br />With these funds, the *Teach to Reach* initiative at Kona Gold Boxing Club (KGBC) will achieve measurable outcomes that positively impact youth, families, and the
<br />community. Our key objectives and expected results include: ### **1. Youth Engagement & Development** - **Increase program participation** by 30% within the
<br />first year, offering structured training and mentorship to more at -risk youth. - **Improve self-discipline and confidence** in at least 80% of participants, measured
<br />through self -assessments and mentor evaluations. - **Reduce risky behaviors** among participants by providing a positive outlet, with at least 75% reporting improved
<br />decision -making skills. ### **2. Family & Community Involvement** - **Increase family participation** in wellness and engagement activities by 40%, strengthening
<br />family bonds and communication. - **Connect at least 50 families** with local support services and resources for continued growth beyond the gym. ### **3.
<br />Physical & Mental Well -Being** - **Enhance overall fitness levels**, with 90% of participants showing improvements in endurance, strength, and coordination based
<br />on pre- and post -program assessments. - **Provide mental health support**, with 70% of participants reporting improved stress management and emotional well-
