JNtY OF� <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> .OFHF <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 169 25 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT TO PURCHASE METAL FOR TRASH BINS AT <br /> `ALAS CEMETERY. <br /> WHEREAS, `Alae Cemetery provides an affordable and accessible public memorial <br /> park to accommodate the burials of the general public; and <br /> WHEREAS, one of the goals of the Department of Parks and Recreation is to provide <br /> safe, clean, enjoyable, accessible and aesthetically pleasing facilities; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation is requesting funds to purchase <br /> metal for trash bins; now,therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI`I that <br /> Contingency Relief funds from Council District 3 will be appropriated to purchase metal for <br /> trash bins at `Alae Cemetery. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the County of Hawai`i hereby <br /> transfers/appropriates the following amount as set forth below: <br /> FUND: General <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $5,000 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC—Contingency Relief $5,000 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.423.5421.02 Department of Parks and Recreation $5,000 <br /> `Alae Cemetery OCE <br /> 229 Bldg&Constr Materia <br /> (Metal for Trash Bins) <br />
