BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br /> The Gas Company, LLC (TGC) has existing facilities that require easements over tax map keys (3) 2-4- <br /> 002:001 and 128. TGC's facilities were allowed under an easement that expired on June 5, 2020.
