JNIv of N ,... <br /> Ci <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAI`I •� `' ��• STATE OF HAWAI`I <br /> • TE OF-N---'" <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 194 25 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND <br /> RECREATION TO PURCHASE SUPPLIES FOR SIGNAGE IN COUNCIL DISTRICT 3. <br /> WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation, Parks Maintenance Division <br /> maintains inland parks, beach parks,playgrounds, ball fields, cemeteries, and other recreational <br /> facilities,undertakes construction, repair, and renovation projects for buildings, equipment, and <br /> grounds, and operates a storeroom for departmental maintenance supplies; and <br /> WHEREAS, one of the goals of the Parks Maintenance Division is to provide the public <br /> with safe repair and renovation projects for buildings, equipment, grounds and supported <br /> landscaping and beautification projects; and <br /> WHEREAS,the Department of Parks and Recreation is requesting funds to purchase 3D <br /> printing supplies to create signage for Council District 3;now,therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI`I that <br /> Contingency Relief funds from Council District 3 will be appropriated to the Department of <br /> Parks and Recreation to purchase supplies for signage. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the County of Hawai`i hereby <br /> transfers/appropriates the following amount as set forth below: <br /> FUND: General <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $1,467 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC—Contingency Relief $1,467 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.500.5505.02 Department of Parks and Recreation $1,467 <br /> Parks Maint Oce <br /> 229 Bldg & Constr Materials <br /> (Supplies for signage) <br />
