cP;�`y <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAI`I STATE OF HAWAII <br /> •�E*OF NPR''' <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 21.i 25 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT FOR MAINTENANCE AND/OR IMPROVEMENT <br /> PROJECTS AT VARIOUS COUNTY PARKS AND RECREATIONAL FACILITIES IN <br /> COUNCIL DISTRICT 3. <br /> WHEREAS,the Department of Parks and Recreation provides the public with many <br /> diversified recreation programs in our park facilities and gyms that address the needs and <br /> interests of the community in a safe and well-maintained environment; and <br /> WHEREAS, Council District 3 has various parks and recreational facilities in need of <br /> maintenance and/or improvements; and <br /> WHEREAS,these improvements include,but are not limited to, facility renovations, <br /> fencing, landscaping, and other necessary and appropriate improvement projects; now,therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI`I that <br /> Contingency Relief funds from Council District 3 will be appropriated to the Department of <br /> Parks and Recreation for maintenance and/or improvement projects at various County parks and <br /> recreational facilities in Council District 3. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the County of Hawai`i hereby <br /> transfers/appropriates the following amount as set forth below: <br /> FUND: General <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $6,700 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC—Contingency Relief $6,700 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.801.5801.33 Department of Parks and Recreation $6,700 <br /> Transfer to Capital Projects Fund-G <br /> 341 Misc.
