REQUEST: <br /> Request a resolution to authorize the Dept of Finance to enter into a multi-year lease for five (5) years for a <br /> multi-function copier. <br /> The copier will be utilized by the Finance Administration, Accounts Division, and Budget Division, located at <br /> 25 Aupuni St, Suite 2103, Hilo, HI 96720. <br /> B. BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br /> The lease for the current copier will expire in August 2025. It is necessary to enter into a lease agreementt <br /> for a new copier to continue essential daily operations. <br /> The estimated lease cost is $240 per month for a sixty (60) month term. This estimate is based on an <br /> average monthly print volume of 7,000 pages. The estimated FY25-26 payments are budgted in the FY25-26 <br /> operating budget.
