OJN�Y Oi h��1 <br />COUNTY OF HAWAI`I <br />Wm <br />'1Tp OR.N+.i <br />ORDINANCE NO. 25 <br />STATE OF HAWAFI <br />42 <br />BILL NO. <br />40 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 25-8-33 (CITY OF HILO ZONE MAP), <br />ARTICLE 8, CHAPTER 25 (ZONING) OF THE HAWAI`I COUNTY CODE 1983 <br />(2016 EDITION, AS AMENDED), BY CHANGING THE ZONE MAP CLASSIFICATION <br />FROM AGRICULTURAL - 10 ACRES (A-10a) TO AGRICULTURAL - 5 ACRES (A-5a) <br />AT PANA`EWA, HILO, HAWAI`I, COVERED BY TAX MAP KEY: 2-2-048:013 (POR.). <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI`I: <br />SECTION 1. Section 25-8-33, Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawaii <br />County Code 1983 (2016 Edition, as amended) is amended to change the district classification of <br />property described hereinafter as follows: <br />The district classification of the following area situated at Pana`ewa, Hilo, <br />Hawaii, shall be Agricultural-5 acres (A-5a). <br />Beginning at the northwest corner of this parcel of land, being the southwest <br />corner of Lot 4, Grant 130032 to Yoshiro Kami Itusuko Kami, said Pana`ewa Farm Lots <br />on the east line of Awa Street, 50 ft. wide, said Point of Beginning referred to <br />Government Survey Triangulation Station "HALAI" being 15,875.13 feet south and <br />14,965.65 feet west, and running by azimuths measured clockwise from true South: <br />1. 2510 00' 00" 814.60 feet along Lot 4, thence; <br />2. 3410 00' 00" 644.00 along remainder of Lot 5, thence; <br />3 710 00' 00" 814.60 feet along north line of Makalika <br />Street, 50 feet wide, thence; <br />4. 1600 00' 00" 644.00 feet along said Awa Street to the <br />Point of Beginning enclosing an area <br />of 12.043 acres, more or less. <br />-1- <br />
