COUNTY OF HAWAPI <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />STATE OF HAWAPI <br />BILL NO. 66 <br />AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE COUNTY OF HAWAI`I GENERAL PLAN 2045 AND <br />REPEALING ORDINANCE NO.05-025, AS AMENDED. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI`I: <br />SECTION 1. The purpose of this ordinance is to adopt a General Plan in compliance <br />with Section 3-15, Hawaii County Charter and to repeal the 2005 General Plan adopted by <br />Ordinance No. 05-025, as amended. <br />SECTION 2. The attached document identified as Appendix A, which also includes the <br />General Plan Land Use Maps and the Facilities Maps, is hereby adopted as the Hawaii County <br />General Plan. <br />SECTION 3. Ordinance No. 05-025 (2005 General Plan) and subsequent amending <br />Ordinance Nos. 06-153, 07-070, 09-161, and 14-087 are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 4. Severability. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof <br />to any person or circumstance, is held invalid, the invalidity does not affect other provisions or <br />applications of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or <br />application, and to this end the provisions of this ordinance are severable. <br />-1- <br />
