This bill establishes the procedures and processes to be used <br />by affected property owners to pay these assessments. It also establishes the procedures and <br />processes for the County to collect and process the assessments and to provide the Director of <br />Finance authorization to take or direct the taking of all such actions that may be necessary or <br />appropriate in order to collect and enforce the collection of these assessments. <br />Time is of the essence regarding this matter. We therefore ask that it be waived from the <br />Finance Committee and placed on the July 23, 2025 Council agenda.
