JtY OF H�1 <br />LiliC <br />COUNTY OF HAWAFI STATE OF HAWAPI <br />RESOLUTION NO. 253 25 <br />A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br />AND FROM A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br />DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT TO PURCHASE A REFRIGERATOR FOR THE <br />MAKA`EO EVENTS PAVILION. <br />WHEREAS, Maka`eo Events Pavilion is used by citizens of the County of Hawaii for <br />recreational activities, community meetings, family celebrations, and other large events; and <br />WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation is requesting funds to purchase a <br />new refrigerator in order to continue to provide the community with recreational activities and <br />events at Maka`eo Events Pavilion; now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI`I that <br />Contingency Relief funds from Council District 8 will be appropriated to the Department of <br />Parks and Recreation to purchase a refrigerator for the Maka`eo Events Pavilion. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the County of Hawaii hereby <br />transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br />FUND: General <br />AMOUNT OF <br />APPROPRIATION: $2,850 <br />OUT AND FROM: <br />010.101.5101.91 Clerk -Council SVC — Contingency Relief $2,850 <br />CREDITED TO: <br />010.500.5503.02 Department of Parks and Recreation $2,850 <br />P&R Admin OCE <br />115 Misc.
