In 2,000 characters or less, describe the project Purchase of school supplies for our Kohala schools Including: Kohala elementary, HaWula Middle School and Kohala High School. These tools for success will allow families to be relieved of the financial burden of purchasing school supplies for their children. We have found that about 62% of the North Hawari population are qualified for free or reduced lunch hence the need for assistance in this area. *46.501(c)(3) Mission Statement Provide quality healthcare that is responsive to our patients' and communities' needs. *47. By supporting school supply access for Kohala families-62% of whom qualify for free or reduced lunch —the organization helps reduce financial stress, promote academic readiness, and support overall well-being of the North Hawari community It serves. *48. This project supports educational equity, student success, and family well-being, which all contribute to long-term health outcomes in our North Hawari communities. *51.
