Inventories are required by law to be prepared as of the 30th day of June of each year. A full and complete inventory shall be prepared when any employee responsible for property belonging to <br />the County of Hawaii is relinquishing his/her duties to a successor. Custodians are required to submit all inventories to the Property Management Division of the Finance <br />Department on or before August 15, for transmittal to the Hawaii County Council. <br />
