Inventories are required by law to be prepared as of the 30`h day of June of each year. The certificate of transfer and receipt will not be executed. <br />Note 2. A full and complete inventory shall be prepared when any employee responsible for property belonging to <br />the County of Hawaii is relinquishing his/her duties to a successor.
