Kuahiwinui to the Ka`u Community Development Plan Action <br />Committee <br />Aloha Council Chair Inaba and Council Members, <br />I am pleased to nominate Mr. David Kuahiwinui of Na`alehu to the Ka`u Community <br />Development Plan Action Committee. Mr. Kuahiwinui is a 64-year resident of Ka`u. <br />Born and raised in Na`alehu, Mr. Kuahiwinui is an active member of our community. He has <br />served in various roles, including fisherman, former coffee farmer, utility worker, and currently, <br />he provides services to tourists in Na`alehu. As a proud father and grandfather raising his family <br />in Ka`u, Mr. Kuahiwinui deeply understands and cares about the long-term future of the only <br />home he has ever known. <br />He is eager to use his lifelong experience and the values instilled in him by his parents to <br />contribute to the Ka`u Community Development Plan Action Committee.
