Briefly describe the deliverables outlined in the contract/agreement for this project. <br />A 2025 Community Development Block Grant totaling $197,500 has been awarded for cesspool conversion and related <br />renovation improvements. These improvements are necessary to meet EPA mandated requirements for cesspool <br />closure, while sustaining safe, affordable and accessible independent living opportunities for individuals with <br />developmental disabilities. The proposed improvements include, but are not limited to, planning and design of an EPA <br />mandated cesspool closure and conversion to a septic wastewater system, replacing flooring, renovating the kitchen <br />and ADA bathroom, and other construction and related costs, such as permits and advertising. <br />
