No. 457Bill No. 78 <br />Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 78, reports as follows: <br />Bill No. 78, transmitted by Finance Director Diane Nakagawa via Communication No. 457, dated <br />August 13, 2025, amends Ordinance No. 25-46, as amended, relating to public improvements and <br />financing thereof for the fiscal year July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026. <br />This bill adds the Finance Land/Facility Acquisitions Project ($1,150,000) and the Land/Facility <br />Acquisitions — Federal Project ($850,000) to the Capital Budget.
