County of Hawaii <br />-Heather Kimball provides updates on the upcoming conference, including <br />registration and fundraising. <br />-Heather Kimball mentions the need for more golfers and prizes for the <br />tournament <br />-Heather Kimball discusses charter amendments, including removing <br />engineering requirements and creating a building division. <br />-Matt Weyer asks about the engineering discussion, and Heather Kimball <br />explains the challenges in finding qualified candidates. <br />ii. County of Kauai <br />-Bernard reports on Kauai County's progress, including various bills and <br />parcels. <br />iii.
