BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI`I that, in <br />accordance with Section 2-139(a)(3) of the Code, the Mass Transit Administrator is hereby <br />authorized to provide a grant to People for Active Transportation Hawaii in the amount and for <br />the purposes hereinabove specified. <br />BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the County Clerk shall transmit a copy of this <br />resolution to Diane T.
