6. Once payment has been made, their account will be active within 24 hours. If they <br />do not have access to a smartphone, a key card will be mailed to the person and <br />their account will become activated at the time the person activates the key card. <br />7. Accounts will be manually monitored by PATH's Contractor and payments will be <br />manually processed. If any payment does not go through for extra time the account <br />will manually be suspended until payment has been made. <br />GPS Unit Update <br />Addition of Tack GPS Unit which includes the supply and installing of tracking devices to the entire <br />bicycle fleet (existing and expansion). This would include the charger, installation, and bicycle <br />upgrades by PATH's Contractor. <br />Electric Bicycle Pilot Program <br />30 E-Fit Bicycles would be included into the revised expansion quote by PATH's Contractor and <br />will be added to the system pending insurance coverage. Batteries would be swapped every two <br />(2) to three (3) days. <br />17 <br />
