50. In 2,,000 characters or less, describe the measurable outcomes you aim to achieve with these funds.
With these funds, Ldkahi Treatment Centers will strengthen the quality, accessibility, and effectiveness
'r of our treatment
programs by providing critical tools and resources not covered by insurance reimbursement. Measurable outcomes will
include: - Improved client engagement and learning: At least 150 clients will receive a treatment curriculum, workbooks,
and writing supplies to support active participation in therapy, with 80% completing assigned activities that reinforce
recovery skills. -Enhanced accountability and treatment monitoring: Urinalysis testing will be conducted for all clients
enrolled in substance use treatment,, with results used to track progress toward sobriety goals; we aim for a 70%
reduction in positive test results among participants after three months. -Expanded access to care and efficiency:
Upgraded phone lines will reduce missed calls and increase successful client contact by 30%. In comparison,, tablets and
upgraded printing/fax capacity will streamline service delivery and improve documentation for 100% of client records. -
Increased program capacity and comfort: New tables and chairs will expand group session seating by 20%,, allowing more
clients to participate safely and consistently. These outcomes will be measured through program records, client
participation logs, attendance in group sessions, urinalysis reports,, and staff tracking of communication and engagement.
Collectively, these improvements will remove practical barriers,, ensure clients have the materials and tools needed for
meaningful participation., and create an environment that fosters recovery, accountability, and long-term stability for
individuals and families in our community.
